The Alliage 48CC is an aluminium center boarder long distance blue ocean cruiser.

She is sturdy, with her aluminium fully welded hull and deck and agile with her lifting centreboard and cutter sail plan.

ASPRO is remarkably fast and seakind for her weight, her upwind performance better than we expected from a center boarder this size.

We added a watertight doghouse for safe watch keeping on passages and as a warm, dry and cosy hangout on a rainy day at anchor.

In 2019 and 2020 we did a full overhaul, replacing windows and hatches, upgrading the electronics and communication equipment, adding solar, wind and water generated power systems, davits for the dinghy and last but not least, we installed Claudine, our hard working, never complaining helms person, a graciously moving Hydrovane self steering system.

We layed out the rigging for safe short handed sailing with most of the sail handling done from the safety of the cockpit.

The cabin layout is comfortable for 4 to 6 people in two cabins with private heads and two full sized bunk beds in the mid section of the boat.
